Your application, kept private.
This notice covers what you send us through therainingmoney.com/careers: role applications and the talent pool. The rest of the site is covered by our privacy policy.
What we collect
- Applications: your name, city and country, email, WhatsApp number, a line about you, your proposed column and lane, your pitch, writing samples or links, three ideas, social and web links if you give them, your conflicts of interest, and how you heard about us.
- The talent pool: your email, city and the desk you’re interested in.
Why
Only to review your application, to contact you about it, and (for the talent pool) to tell you when a matching role opens. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who sees it
Only RainingMoney’s owner, who reviews every application. Your details are stored in our Google Firebase database. Emails about your application are sent through our email provider, Resend. A Cloudflare Turnstile check protects the forms from spam.
How long we keep it
We keep an application for 12 months after we decide on it, then delete it, unless you join us. Talent-pool details stay until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent, or to leave the talent pool, email [email protected]. We never charge a fee to apply, and we only write to you from that address.
